This course is broken down into 5 core skills that make up the F.O.C.U.S. Factor. Within each skill, there may be a sub-skill or two that you learn.
1.First You (Self Care)
- Determine if you need more balance in your life
 
2. Outline Priorities
- Determine your current priorities between work, family, friends, finances, romantic life, spiritual life, and school
 - Grab a few fitness tips for busy people like you
 - ***There is a guest fitness guru here to share some tips.
 
3. Communication
- Review key communication principles and determine which can be implemented in your life and/or organization
 
4. Undo Procrastination
- Grab some reverse procrastination strategies
 - Determine what kind of procrastinator you are & learn some strategies specific to your type
 
5. Setting Boundaries
- Define boundaries
 - Reflect on your personal wiring & when it's time to grow
