Gauging Your Life's Rhythm & Flow

Balance. Work-Life Balance. Integration.

All terms that convey the same meaning. For the purposes of this course, we will use the term balance.

As some may think, in this course balance does not mean chopping up bits and pieces of your life into little compartments.

Balance is a healthy rhythm and flow to your life the allows you to be whole, healthy, and enjoy the different areas that make up your life - school (if applicable), family, friends, work, ministry, fun, and all the others things that consume your time.

All of these things and life's stresses contribute to or take away from your ability to maintain your UNIQUE rhythm and flow.

How is your balance? Let's take a few minutes to find out. In this QUIZ, give yourself one point for every "Yes".
